Hosni the hero again for Ismaili

Hosni Abd-Rabou maintained his terrific form by inspiring Ismaili to a 2-1 victory over ENPPI in the Egyptian Premier League.

The Egypt midfielder set up Ahmed Ali with the opening goal in the first minute, but Ahmed Abdul-Zaher equalized with an exquisite strike.

Abd-Rabou, who scored in every league game so far, won the game for the Dervishes with a wonderful effort from 20 yards to take his season tally to seven goals in five matches.

In Cairo, Military Production claimed their first win of the season, beating Bani Suef Telephones 1-0, courtesy of a 60th minute goal by full-back Emad Al-Nemr.

Elsewhere, Wadi Degla were held to a 0-0 draw by Gouna whereas Masri played out another stalemate with Police Union in Cairo.

It is the first time this season that a match ends with no goals.
